<p>To improve the food security, shelter, socio-economic and livelihoods conditions of the vulnerable Returnees Migrants.&nbsp;</p> <p>KNUS believes that training, Seminar and workshop play a very important role in the field of capacity building of the human being. So, KNUS emphasizes on truing very much and it has developed a special Training cell with experienced, skilled and qualified Training personnel. For increasing the capacity and efficiency of the staff members as well as the beneficiaries the organization arranges training courses, workshops 7 seminars for the staff &amp; beneficiaries internally and externally to increase the efficiency, skills and to change the attitudes of them by which they capably and efficiently perform their responsibilities and duties in a proper and effective manner. During the reporting period, the following training, seminar and workshops were arranged.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Capacity building training provided:</strong></p> <p>1. Provide beneficiaries level training on Livestock rearing, Beef fattening, Poultry rearing, Goat rearing, Homestead vegetables gardening, Tree plantation &amp; a forestation.</p> <p>2. Knowledge, experiences, efficiency and skills of beneficiaries and also the community people have changed a lot.</p> <p>Activities of organization &amp; groups have become smooth &amp; effective.</p> <p>3. Income generating activities are well run now and profitable.</p> <p>4. The beneficiaries can identify and undertake viable, feasible and profitable income generation activities.</p> <p>5.
